- Users connect a self-custodial crypto wallet (Base chain)
- They deploy an AI agent by depositing USDC into an agent-managed vault
- The agent autonomously decides when to buy and sell assets based on market analysis
- Users can set their risk profile (conservative / moderate / aggressive) and preferred asset allocation
- The agent reasons about each trade and logs its decision rationale

## Agents

### Replicat-One
A conservative AI agent focused on steady portfolio growth. Trades major crypto assets (BTC, ETH, SOL) with a bias toward capital preservation.

### Tessier
A more active agent that takes advantage of market volatility. Supports a broader set of assets including emerging DeFi tokens.

## Key Concepts

- **Vault**: A smart contract that holds the user's USDC. The agent has permission to execute trades on behalf of the vault.
- **Allocation strategy**: A target percentage distribution across supported assets (e.g. 40% BTC, 30% ETH, 30% SOL). The agent rebalances toward this over time.
- **Risk profile**: A user-defined preference (conservative / moderate / aggressive) that influences the agent's trade sizing and frequency.
- **Trade reasoning**: Every order placed by an agent includes a natural-language explanation of why the trade was made.
- **AI Chat**: Users can talk to their agent directly — ask about portfolio performance, market conditions, or adjust strategy preferences. The chat history informs future agent decisions.
